Sacred Heart, a hand embossed repoussé metal framed artwork, created from sheet pewter.

I have been very inspired by vintage sacred heart imagery lately. The flaming heart has been deep embossed and is encircled by thorny, twisting branches. It’s polished up to a high shine and set under glass in an ornate black resin frame. This piece has a fold out stand at the back instead of a hook so it can be placed on a flat surface.
